Services Coordinator
- Manage the suite of DuraSpace open source hosted service offerings – DuraCloud, DSpaceDirect, and ArchivesDirect – digital repository and preservation software designed to be accessible to organizations of any size. Consult with cultural heritage institutions to assess their needs, and recommend open source options within and outside the services portfolio. Support new customers in onboarding and training, and provide ongoing service support and tier 1 service troubleshooting.
- Work closely with the DSpace Governance, DSpace 7 working groups, and Technical Lead to manage the Preview and Beta releases of DSpace 7. Developed and working to execute a release communications and events plan, and created a DSpace 7 communications homepage. Working with a team of international service providers to complete a Wideband Delphi software estimation process for work remaining for the DSpace 7 Beta release.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation and training materials, including support documentation, templates, demo sites, and webinars. Contribute to blog posts and newsletters on services topics.
- Build and grow relationships with service and grant partners, pilot participants, and open source communities.
- Manage projects related to hosted services including exploratory work, pilot programs, and partner collaborations.
